Why This Reflection Matters

2 minutes

Reflection supports learning transfer, which means you can use the skill outside the lesson. Adult learning becomes meaningful when it connects to real decisions and real consequences. This reflection focuses on practical credibility habits that reduce the risk of misinformation.

Reminder: You are evaluated on your reasoning and reflection, not on perfect writing.
Inclusive option: Bullet points are completely acceptable. Short, clear answers are better than long answers you won’t finish.

Keep it realistic and repeatable.
Optional: If writing is a barrier today, record your response and submit an audio link instead.
